BGP Large Communities are a novel way to signal information between networks. BGP Large Communities are easy to use, implement and deploy.

An example of a BGP Large Community is: 2914:65400:38016.
Large Communities are composed of three 32-bit integers, separated by a colon. This is easy to remember and accomodates advanced routing policies that support 32-bit ASNs.
BGP Large Communities are the fifth best thing since sliced bread.
